Beginner Acrylic, this is a beginner class will help you with your techniques.  Pat will cover materials, color mixing and a variety of strokes and application techniques. You will enjoy creating four finished paintings, step by step.  (Supply list available).

    Titanium White
    Cad Yellow Med or Light
    Cad Red Med or Deep
    Ultramarine Blue
    Thalo Blue
    Burnt Sienna
    Paynes Gray or Ivory Black
    extras   * Alizarim Crimson
                  * Cerulean Blue
                  * Hookers Green or Sap Green

    Synthetic Brushes:
    #2 round Liquitex Basics
    5/0 Liner brush - by Royal
    Lg. filbert brush (size 8 or 10)
    small detail brush (0 or 2/0)

    Canvas boards or stretched canvas:
    8x10
    9x12

    Palette for paint: large flat surface preferable, (no plastic with little indents for paint)
    Palette paper
    foam plates
    cleanable plastic palette

    Also:
    water container (at least 32 oz., no glass)
    paper towels

    cosmetic sponges (wedges for cleaning up edges as you paint)
    wool sponges (has lots of texture)
