The Cape Coral Art League was incorporated in 1996 to promote the advancement of art in Cape Coral and nearby areas, the Art League celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2006. With more than 200 members today, the League hosts seven art shows and three major workshops annually. It also sponsors a scholarship program for high school seniors and offers classes for adults and youth year-round.
